as much as powertoys is neat, i wish it didnt require edge webview and wasn’t so utterly slow. i mean, sure, i have an HDD in 2024, but come on. it’s not that hard to make a fucking colour picker launch in under 10-15s, at least not to microsoft.

if i had to get a single laptop that i could have for a long time without buying new ones and just replacing components (and also needed I/O modularity, because jesus, thats the best feature of the framework), i’d probably get a framework. i don’t have any extra specific thoughts, i just share a lot of general sentiment about those laptops as other tech bloggers.
oh and yeah, the 16:10 screen ratio is an interesting experiment, very neat.
i love powerful things with small footprints! and yeah i probably would. though i’m not too fond of nvidia GPUs.
