As a general rule in SAMMI, I try to keep names for buttons, variables, etc. both descriptive with a prefix, but also short so it's easy to see what something is at a glance and track what something is across a button. For example, the button that's triggered on a follow is "followAlert" while the randomized pull is "followAlertPull", data pulls on subs are "subName", "subAmount" for gift subs, and so on.

So I've been working on updating the actions for raids lately, and while I could go into the details of how I've been using String Variables to create dynamic chat messages based on the number of raiders and category being streamed under (and don't think that I won't go into that at some point), I'm mostly amusing myself with the variable name:

An object and a list of variables in SAMMI, including "channel", "raidAmount", "raidMath", "raidName", and, of course, "raidThank".Thank
