You know this book was difficult to find cheap. I had to go through other sites just to find it. I saw it going anywhere from forty to nearly a hundred. I know the German editions are going for around two hundred and honestly, I can see why. Have you seen the German editions? The sprayed edges are gorgeous!
Anyway, I came across this edition for twenty and snapped it up. I need to buy the plastic book coverings that the library uses to cover and protect their books. All of my other books have them covered because of my Mom when she was alive. She knew the librarian at the School Age Center and would take my books in.
Lately, I have been missing her. It is going to be six years since she passed in April. None of my family likes to read. It was always me and her. We would go to the library or Barnes and Noble just to get books. Jade and Jimmy do read but not the books I read. Both prefer manhwa/manga/manhua or light novels. So, it is hard to find someone to squee over books with.
Becky is healing just fine. She is still swollen around the neck area but again it is going to be another week or two before she fully heals. Jade and I are still taking turns taking care of her. I have been going to bed a bit early just to get up early for her.
