decided to try today at having an actual structure rather than my vibes only approach and it (kinda) worked!!

it turns out waking up at a time, having breakfast, and then going for a walk when the sun isn't blazing overhead is nice!

tomorrow will be an attempt to add a 30m on/30m off work rotation
