What type of fish are you cooking and what method? I have a go-to method for baking fish that's good for most occasions if you're interested.
in this particular instance it was salmon, marinated and pan fried, but i'm up for baking if you have ideas

If that's a little too rich for your blood, the kitchn has a ton of other great seafood recipes and is probably one of the only cooking blogs I will actively browse for recipes and such, their writers are great and they like tofu.
