it's not an official jam or anything but we're on thursday of this week long jam on a team of 13 people, 4 with jam experience and 9 without, and i just started a "okay we need to actually communicate to understand what is happening" (i cannot make sfx if i do not know what i am actually making them for) and now they're all talking with each other and having interdisciplinary communication and it's big!! pride!!! like yay look at them growing
