i have left many Companies Which Have Done Me Wrong trembling at my feet and idk the situation but this is my strongest potion: if they have fucked you out of money and they refuse to fix it, you hit em with the Triple Whammy, which is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and your state's Attorney General (your AG should have a form somewhere on their website for consumer protection matters). disputing the transaction is often a good route to getting your money back but the Triple Whammy got T-Mobile to A. admit there was an error with their website causing double charges, B. refund me AND give me a free month of service and C. never fuck with me again (so far).
