So, that kobold's cursed arm has a will of it's own? Can it talk? ...does it do that talky hand gesture when it does?
While the arm doesn't talk, it does have shared thoughts with the kobold, and kinda cartoonishly pantomimes its talking, ehehe. The kobold has considered getting it googly eyes
