Really wish I could manually fix some of the tags for screenreaders instead of Cohost defaulting everything to the first documented usage.
Some of the tags really need camelCase for the screenreaders to properly function.

Yeah unfortunately the site staff thinks things being funny to them is more important than accessibility
Yeah, not too hung on it at the moment because I'm still trying to teach Mastodon users not to put entire hashtags in lowercase.
But at the same time, the Cohost team could just listen to developers yelling at Bluesky devs and Mastodon devs to avoid reproducing the same mistakes here.
Oh yeah I actually learned about tags casing and how screenreaders view text because of posts on fedi! I decided to just put spaces in the tags on the new section of my site when I introduced them recently since they're just link elements.
