#but seriously one of my earliest 'oh this is fucked' memories was when we were driving to weed after moving to gazelle and the sky was like. pure red#the sun was just this pale yellow disc#it looked like a sunset almost but it was noon#at least once we had to drive through an area where a fire was burning on either side of the road#the city I went to college in has had a fire tornado burn through it#straight up hellmouth shit#every time i think maybe someday I could live in CA again another town i've lived in gets evacuated so i'm just gonna sit here
