If you're an artist and you're smashing retweet on single-page infographics or 45-second TikToks that claim to offer easy-to-follow advice that "everyone should do" to "cure back/neck/wrist pain" I want you to understand a few things:
- I am so much physically stronger than you are
- I have never forgotten a slight or grudge in my entire life
- I will not tire
- I will not stop
- There is nothing you can do to change what is going to happen (except maybe stop sharing spurious health advice without doing your own research or speaking to a healthcare professional (like me))
