Fuck Computers : imperative verb, object
It might be
Fuck Computers : predicative adjective, object
In the former instance, there is an imperative to either fornicate with or hold in contempt these computers. In the latter, there seem to be these things called "fuck computers", presumably computers designed for fucking, and the pasting of the phrase on memorabilia seems to be explicit support for these things.
