i think there's a sort of negative synergy with my energy level from covid and what i assume is adhd. I feel exhausted doing a thing, so i try to relax and then i get antsy and anxious cause i'm not doing anything and i just wanna do a thing..... how the fuck do you actually relax? is that just a thing i don't know how to do? oh, we're struggling.
also, ya know, sunday anxiety.
