i want to get better at fighting games, but sometimes i just get angry about a match and if i am just hilariously outplayed, i just throw my hands up because idk wtf i can do because so much is happening so fast and then i'm just... dead.

It can be very frustrating and its something that comes with practice. The more you play the less fast paced things will seem. Usually when I start to get tilted is when I take a break, watch some replays and watch some pros play to see what I can pick up
