Was woken up early by that fun sound of a USB device repeatedly connecting and disconnecting itself. A bit of digging and I find even when it's not doing its little biodigital jazz, my drawing tablet is apparently 100% unresponsive now. Which is: bad! I am a bit dependent on that for income, can't stream or do comms until I can replace that.

So my ask this morning is not terribly different from the usual but a noted increase in urgency: please if you can toss in a commission or something for the stream queue, even a small handful of new submissions would probably put me in range to grab a decent replacement tablet.

Also as a side request, I have said once this thing did run its course, I would finally jump ship from Wacom and try a Huion, so as I am doing so relatively blind, if folks are familiar: is the Huion site store the best place to pick one up, is there anything I should look for or avoid in one, just kinda the basics there if there's any advice you care to give.

Edit: y'all T_T y'all. Thank you so much, we should be covered.

I shared this earlier, but Roxie is honestly one of my favorite people and a beloved friend. She's done so much art for me and designed my fursona for me. If you can, please help her out.

in reply to @RoxannaRachnid's post:

i bought my huion straight from their shop and it's worked fantastically the last 4 or 5 years so definitely recommend. the model i have is the Huion HS611, which i think goes for like 60 or 70 dollars? its a really good investment imo. i'd just make sure to have a longer usb-c cable on hand because the one it comes with is pretty short esp if you're working on a desk but otherwise its a good tablet
