I know. It looks like the usual stereotypical picture of someone that wants to show off but hear me out. From today I have decided to start doing some boxing bag training, 3 times a day for 20 minutes as soon as I come home from work, and to increment of 10 minutes every week afterwards. COVID blocked me on so many things in terms of growth and self improvement and one of these is my body shape. I gained a bit of a gut and i saw myself a bit uglier. So i want to get back on track. Step by step. Maybe is not a lot for now, but is a start. ๐ชโจ
