i still gotta investigate the chilean civil war (early 1900s) and prevs times, because there was a industrialization program, and the official line here on th reason it failed is that "we just bought the machines without any way to maintain them", and i simply dont buy it
Yeah, that sounds pretty, uh, questionable.
