Last night I taught three people how to play Netrunner and so for the next month it will be on my brain constantly.

Null Signal The current developer of Netrunner, a fan project started up after whatever happened between FFG and WOTC that ended official support. They have a great page here that describes the game more succinctly than I could manage.

NetrunnerDB Basically does what it says on the tin. Contains a database of all FFG and NSG cards including format legality, errata, and judge rulings. Also contains community submitted decklists and a deckbuilder.

Jinteki Jnet is a free online client to play with others in a web browser. Decks can be imported from NetrunnerDB with ease and there's almost always folks online still.
