it's kind of funny how you can just hand a tree a new arm and tape it on and the tree will go "huh. guess this is mine now? neat"
yeah and like, i know this is how a lot of tree fruit farming is done - grafting donors from plants to favourable rootstock to make clones
it's just wild to see like, weird guerrilla grafting at the local greenspace
i think so much about how fruit trees are grown like this...
