these people are so bad at actually addressing the needs of disabled people that they cant even do "no loud noises during phone conversations" which is kind of an embarrassing bare fucking minimum to trip over
i love that the supervisor came to check in on a situation where i said i didnt want to speak with her explicitly because she would be bound by the same policies as the case manager and so nothing would change. i tell her repeatedly how my disabilities create barriers to care and she is only focused on covering her ass because she thinks i am mad at her report and not this whole fucking situation, leaving my fucking medical needs not actually appearing on the radar.
fun fact: i am now actually mad at them individually!
