Ah, it doesn't really come across that way. I've seen people tagging their hate for the global feed before, so I figured it was just another case of that.

Also, I think that the need for a global feed should be alleviated, therefore fixing the root of the problem. Just telling people to stop using it won't fix the reasons why it exists.
