I nearly rear-ended someone on highway 10 the other week because they BACKED OUT ONTO THE HIGHWAY and I had to stop extremely short to not hit the cars in front of me who stopped to let the moron in.
surrey is one of the few places that probably would be improved by the introduction of autonomous vehicles.
The amount of moronic drivers I see every day driving here from East Van, and especially in my school's parking lot, leads me to agree with you.
