Like. It's far from impossible that at least some of these keysmash brands are actually a really good value and effective, meeting or exceeding their claimed capacity. But the problem is, most people don't have the means to test how effective it actually is. It's a complete crapshoot on if you're buying a product that will do what it claims it will do.

I can't really be confident that LEVOIT will actually be able to maintain a safe level of air pollution in a home currently beset by THE FOG, and I'm sure people actually living in a place scrambling to find a good air purifier are even more frustrated to see no recognizable brands that might be able to inspire confidence that it can make their home habitable. Or one that is unlikely to break on them during continuous use if it does work adequately.

i own one but do not recall which model. this site also has guides to building your own air cleaners out of furnace filters and box fans if you need that

and just, you ever just exist so thoroughly in the umbra of something you dont get around to, despite its influences on other things you like?

i read berserk when miura passed and i was just kind of staggered with "if i had read this as a teen i would have knocked like five years off my whole journey of personal bullshit" the whole time. i was pretty well off on my way in those regards but i lacked a good source of torso-severing in my primary texts growing up

berserk is the story of a piece of shit who hates himself so hard he gets magic

also his leg a gun. read berserk.

anyone else close that orbit on something?
