and kind strangers you better believe i have refined the mental ukemi to a science surpassing art at this point
ive been mixing juice with yogurts as a creature enrichment mindfulness type exercise because i gotta pour and taste and pour and taste to get the autistic pleasure hit of creating a food and i found a new yogurt to try. i have mixed v8 peach mango juice with a mint yogurt drink the name of which i dont recall but is just a little salty and is blowing my mind at a roughly 1:4 eyeballed with the peach right now. i also have a new flavor of a brand of kefir i like to try on a different day. i suspect they will be great together
