i am not used to things going well in my life but the last 2 weeks things are just kinda working out??
had a job interview that went well enough that i got offered a trial (tomorrow) at a really chill place doing something only slightly at the edge of my comfort zone, and pay above min wage
then 2 days ago i got a phonecall out of the blue and found out i was near the top of the queue for a rent controlled apartment, only to get another call just now to go over the application and formally give me the offer pending a viewing/minor works to be completed
aaaaaaaaaaaaa its actually happening, either thing would have had me beaming but both at the same time?!?! actually so happy i could explode, OH YEAH AND PETS ARE ALLOWED
