one of me and my partner's friends has been trying to get financial help for her and her autistic and nonbinary teenager, who experienced sexual assault while at school and is going through post-hospitalization therapy. the costs of all this are driving her family into some serious debt and the interest payments are impacting her ability to pay the medical bills
