we had moments like this and couldn't put it into words, but now that the bones are there, they almost won't stop.
to distill our rambling down to something more elegant, sometimes you gotta spend less time figuring out why you got traumtized is and actually start giving yourselves the compassion you lacked in order to get where you are in the first place.
