I've said it before and I'll say it again, Cohost's gamedev community has been really nice to be a part of. I've loved scrolling through the gamedev tag every few days. Most of the circles I've been in have been predominantly cishet techbros and/or people who are way too rude when giving programming advice. Hopefully I can find a community like this again.
