are you 4throck? if so, i would like to lodge a formal complaint against your 640x200@4 image since blue-brown-white is not a valid pallete as it can only use the same palletes 320x200 CGA could use.
PS: About the monochrome EGA not working in https://gekk.info/articles/msflight4.html, I wonder if that's because by default everything emulates EGA with CGA compat and not EGA with MDA compat.
