Fluttering in the Night.

30, Ample OCs, always pondering more (Very much NSFW🔞), shuffling over here from Twitter in case it finally collapses.

Hello yes hi I've been in a mood for this boy? Arvin, the waddly mascot robot of a derg from a defunct soda company that certainly did not exist yesterday to be defunct to begin with. All he wants is to offer you the most refreshing drink you could want, in any flavor you so desire! Of course, there's more to him than seems...

🎨 by Wingu on twitter, our dearest thanks to her!

The real thing is he's a sort of possession-based, soda-obsessed demon-spirit (vaguely akin to a dybbuk?); still an absolute sweetheart and darling who only wishes to please people, of course, but he's gotta have a host body to manifest into; in this case, the robotic one is actually a new take, based on hopping into some hapless cyberpunk hero type who was mid-augmentation; needless to say, no one involved expected the sudden alteration to the parts that resulted when Arvin made his entrance. They still kind of share the body (as is always the case in Arvin's possessions; to boot out the original soul would be RUDE, after all!), but Arvin views himself as a bit of a tutor trying to teach good spirits and manners to any he encounters, especially those he's co-piloting with!

Of course, the nature of his drinks are very beyond the mundane, and often involve very expansive side effects upon any who imbibe; Arvin views this as outright desirable. After all, he wants folks happy and carefree, and what is more carefree and simple than a big, rolly, contented circle full'a sweet, satisfying soda? Blessedly simple despite the scales he works on.

Arvin's personal preference in regards to soda flavor is a little more involved, in that he loves the classic root beer float, vanilla scoops and all, but so long as it's a fizzy, carbonated beverage, and vaguely sweet, he is more than happy to provide any and all variations thereof that can be found throughout existence. The sweeter, the fizzier, the better!
