I got past the hardest part (initial character creation) but now i have to choose my vocation.
looking up builds and walkthroughs for help and people posting stat planners and being like level up to level 9 on this then level 20 on this then level 100 on this and then u can play this vocation for the last levels and im like..... pls im such a baby i just wanna zone out and melt things

They're all good imo but the Warrior requires some waiting to it might be a little boring. If you're really stuck I'd just recommend the Magick Archer because I have never played anything else like it in a video game.
also I never touched a wiki and had a BLAST so I wouldn't worry about stats either
also also if you're just picking a vocation to start IG Mage or Strider because the magick and dagger skills rule
ill probably go strider first thennnn cuz jumpin on monsters, should i like... switch off strider as soon as i can or like... does it matter with the advanced classes
you might want to stick around with Strider to get some abilities (like a roll or double jump) you can keep as the Magick Archer but I swapped as soon as possible because I really liked using the spellbow instead of the regular arrows.
