Mention romance sub-plots to sort the Gamers from your players.
A lot of people don't really have an interest in doing romance stuff or find it a little awkward and that's fine. It's the guys who immediately jump to assuming ERP happens in game and this detracts from them being able to get into fights, and that flirting with an NPC means you're gay for the GM1 that are absolutely going to be a dick about something else too.

also anyone who talks about powergaming with x cards when they're brought up is an arsehole. "oh I can X card anything? and you're not allowed to make me explain myself? and that makes it go away and we move on as if everything went fine?" yes you're very clever you're definitely approaching this as collaborative storytelling and not trying to beat the GM and win all the fun very cool
