It can take anywhere between a few days to a week. As with any kink there's a lot of discussion and setting out expectations and boundaries. Its also a rolling and iterative process too, new layers or programs added all the time. The difference between one of my dolls and drones is down to them. Dolls like being posed and played with, drones like being given tasks and commands. In either case, turning someone into a doll or a drone is giving them the same thing, release and respite. I lift the stresses and worries of their day and let them be cherished and loved. So for me, I started to listening to hypnosis files about 15yrs ago, and slowly figured things out by just osmosis. As for safety, its like any other kink community, consent is key. As for hypnosis specific safety, kind of the same thing, you pick up on things from other hypnotists and hypnotees. My golden rule is that my dolls & drones safety comes first, so regardless of what I do, I'm checking if they're ok, negotiating what they'd like, and so on.
