I've been hearing a lot of good things about it and seeing as my drone kink was awoken by mech pilot erotica... yeag...
My dolls and drones have been showing some of the designs in the game and yeah I'm pretty sold
the designs are fantastic. runs the gamut from "what if were anthropomorphized a forklift" (IPSN, HA) to "as if we'd make a mech you /couldnt/ fuck" (SSC, Horus).
oh fyi Violet started out as a lancer NPC. great for developing doll/drone/whatever characters

Oooh lovely origins! Honestly I think the Venn Diagram of "My Drones" and "Plays Lancer" is pretty much a circle.

im. not surprised lmao. lancer is the preeminent mech ttrpg as far as I can tell.
yeah violet pilots a Caliban (from the long rim expansion. you can get the compcon lcp file for free). the size 1/2 mechs that are essentially power armor are so gender.
What are the chances I was just looking at the Lannies and the Kidds! They're basically Lancer versions of the RB-79 Ball from Gundam (my favourite widdle baby).
I've already had one of my Drones show me Comp/Con and also a bunch of content for it.
CompCon is NUTS it's so good. utterly peak ttrpg peripheral, nothing has ever come close

yeah it turns out the starting mech is more or less the best one in general. brilliant design, really

there's an expansion core bonus that gives you a superheavy mount....superheavy lannie is the dumbest thing ive thought of yet

yeah a cyclone pulse rifle would work. biiiiiiiiig rifle weapon
OK one last thing, you'll need the dustgrave LCP file (again, lcp's are free) for the superheavy mount GMS core bonus since the lannie doesn't natively have a heavy mount <3
im already dm'ing ~2 lancer campaigns but maybe once I finish one up ill set up a new thing.
One of my Dolls has given me a glut of content to socket into Comp/Con, so I'm sure its in there somewhere.
Oh wow, two campaigns! I'm honestly feeling the pain of learning of new RPGs, because it means I default to learning how to GM which means I yearn to make player characters but may not get to play them
im reusing the same story and assets for both so its not that bad lmao
