Once more, the people that stand to gain from us "moving on from the pandemic" were always perfectly aware of what the results would be:

From a Pfizer Q1 2022 earnings call:

So I think when you add all of this up, what we are seeing is the fact that there is demand for this product. We also see that the social -- the removal
of the mask mandate, the social distancing requirements that have been removed. You also know that in the EU that just in the last week, they've
removed the emergency period of the EUA. That means that people are going to get out there. We know with all of that, infections are going to
increase, and that's the role that PAXLOVID can play.

I don't want to ignore an airborne disease that shrinks your brain every time you catch it.

Well-fitting respirators can protect you from catching COVID, which is still circulating in high numbers in the US (and many other countries, but I am not as informed on that, and I don't know where you're posting from).

What are you trying to do?

Masks work better at stopping the wearer spreading over stopping the wearer catching.

I'll see someone wearing a mask like once a week - tops.

Barely anyone is wearing them here in the UK. The world has moved on from mask and every day you'll have less and less people wearing them.

They're done. Mask are over. I'm not saying this is a good thing - I'm saying it's how it is.
