Hi! Just a cute trans girl on the internet. I have a plethora of random little hobbies and creative media I like to make stuff in, which I may or may not post when I have time. :3
This girl dreams of being a gamedev someday.
A little bit of a creature.
Going to miss Cohost so much when it's gone. :( Let's carry Eggbug in our hearts...

Had an odd moment of realization yesterday... I realized that when the word cyberpunk comes to mind the only games that immediately materialize in my brain waves are "Cyberpunk 2077" and "Deus Ex". Which...while good on a lot of levels still seem to retain what I will politely term an "unfortunate" amount of orientalism (ie., any) that stems from the genre's biggest influence, the original Blade Runner. That and, well, they are AAA games and come with all the issues you would expect from that.
I remember thinking, there have got to be other options, right? So I went hunting...in my own library...and was quickly reminded that I have several titles I have played and enjoyed. The only reason they don't come to mind so readily is that nobody talks about them!
I don't have a massive platform or anything, but I wanted to try to do my part to redress this balance by drawing some attention to one of my favorites, Unsighted.
Do you like:
Then you should totally play this game 0_0
Some of you may have heard of it and recall it being "super hard core hard sorts of difficult". Good news, the devs heard everyone's screaming and created a new mode that allows you to make the game far more playable (imo). Honestly, I turn all the helpers but invincibility on and I still find it plenty challenging. But the point of difficulty options is to allow you to tailor it yourself so, you know, basically just set the game up to play in a way you enjoy and feel no shame as a result :D.
Def recommend, please give it a try!!
I had to sit on this for SO long, but I finally just got cleared to gush about getting to work on NecroDancer!! It's been such a blast working with Danny and the other musicians, the team's been super sweet too. They brought me on specifically because of "all the weird stuff I did on MEATPUNKS" (Danny's words).
Anyway, here's my first track!! With @violinfairy's amazing (as always) violin playing!
