But it's the present. Today was the first time I took a fast walk with only my AirPods Pro and Apple Watch Ultra on. I was streaming an Audible book over LTE, getting voice alerts on 1km splits, and getting biofeedback about my workout. I had nothing else with me, and I had the ability to pay for things, communicate through every major protocol, privately, with sensory isolation, using devices I could conceal in one closed hand. I think that's neat.
