been doing a very self-indulgent playthrough of pillars of eternity where i've recreated my first character from 2015 (who i'm as attached to much as any character i've made for an rpg) and i'm replaying the game doing everything 'right' (aka not missing secrets or fucking up side quest outcomes). i'm having a really good time; feels like slipping on a comfy pair of shoes.
currently feeling like i'm gonna move straight on and replay the second this way right after. it's my favourite of the two so i'm looking forward to it.
