According to Mister LΓ³pez-Alt, the sour cream (approx 1 cup) could be replaced in the recipe with like an extra half cup of buttermilk; it'd taste fine that'll change the consistency and flavor. The sour cream makes it thicker and only a little more sour imo. You could prolly counteract it with sugar/honey/maple syrup to taste but this was my first time using this one :host-stare:

I used to never be much of a breakfast person but since i got sober i am ravenously hungry in the morning and make pancakes EVERY DAY. I use box mix, but i sift it first. it makes them fluffier.

Also, if you liked the sour cream version, try throwing a scoop of ricotta cheese in the mix. it's ridiculously good. i bought a tub of ricotta for lasagna but ended up using most of it for pancakes, lol
