No matter what I always fall asleep in the middle of Tarkovsky films (the two I have watched so far.)
It sucks. I LOVE what I'm watching, especially when I get really, really into the premise [for reference, I was watching "Stalker" last night], but his directing style is so quiet and rhythmic and ambient it feels like I'm watching a philosophical lullaby
I'm particularly grumbling for this pick because the ending is supposed to be the best part of this one. Ah well. I will simply rewatch part 2 up to the end when I get home today
