I think I've isolated the grind-y sounding noise in my computer to probably being a GPU issue. At least, that's what it sounds like to me, in the attached video:
Now, I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it's a hard drive issue (Similar to the GPU, I've been using the same one since 2017), maybe the CPU Cooler has gone bad, maybe a fan isn't mounted correctly. Hopefully someone smarter than me can push me in the right direction before I drop $200+ that I don't need to
(Side note: No errors. At least none that Windows thought were important enough to notify me of)
