Starting my 2024 Media Thread!
Just documenting the things I watch/the things I play, my thoughts on them, maybe a rating if I can be bothered into giving it one! No guarantees on the last part! Will be updated irregularly depending on my schedule! Year of big changes and all that

Warning: This contains spoilers for Batman: Arkham City and the DLC Harley Quinn's Revenge. If you want my general thoughts, it's fine. Not amazing or anything, just fine. If you want my more in-depth thoughts...

Harley Quinn's Revenge takes place two weeks after the events of the main game; Arkham City has been shut down and Harley Quinn has taken control of the Joker's gang after his death, holding some cops hostage in the Steel Mill. Batman has been taken captive trying to save them, leaving it up to Robin to rescue him

The playspace is predictably much smaller than the base game, there isn't a ton in the way of exploring - leaving Robin regulated entirely to being played in challenge maps and inside a portion of the Steel Mill, no free roam at all. In the story of the base game, this makes sense, but it is a disappointing trend that will carry on into Arkham Knight, with everyone who isn't Batman being sort of shafted

Robin does get a decent number of areas to showcase his abilities in gadgets, combat and stealth! It's just disappointing that it's only here and only in challenge maps, especially when the DLC closes out with playing at Batman again anyways

It's about half an hour long and...yeah, it's fine. Don't feel any desire to go back to it outside of my annual marathons of these games, but yeah. It's fine. Not amazing. Not godawful. Just fine
