Watching Tubi horror movies is an interesting experience because you gotta wonder if this stuff being bad is the result of just ineptitude, or lack of budget to pull off anything better, just trying to make a quick buck, if we're talking clear ripoff movies like Paranormal Entity, then a lack of understanding of what made what they're ripping off good...
...Or if they're just trying to be bad on purpose
