This is me last 5 days. I have so many reports to write, yet not much is done and I have anxious goosebumps just thinking about those.
Try this little tip it’s only helped me out a few times , Pretend you’re doing the thing for someone else like a friend or a sibling or heck even a much younger version of you, idk when I pretend that way I get that thing done much sooner
