Dad-boss time in Deep Labyrinth. Spoilers: he transforms into a massive griffin that was really challenging! I managed to stun lock it with fire sword attacks but then died immediately in the next zone before saving. Took me a couple of tries to defeat Dad-griffin after that.
The movement controls in this game are absolutely miserable, but it continues to shine in the charm department with some really interesting enemy designs. I think I need to put more time into experimenting with magic spells (you can combine them to create new effects) because my sword attacks are getting less and less effective.
Save data says 2hrs 45mins; feels more like 10hrs at this point! It’s been a while since I played a game which chugged along quite so slowly as this one haha
