Relatedly, this weekend I got into PS1 programing and disk dumping. I'm going to try and make a program that plays the samples from the VA/VB files the way they sound in game. There's a lot I need to learn about that though.
The tools out there to convert the samples to WAV aren't using the right sample rate but I did manage to recreate INCORRECT QUACK
