i think you just put your tounge at the roof of your mouth and then close it to improve your jawline before shaking your finger, doing the shushing expression and then stroking the sides of your face to icewhore by lumi athena and me and my friend do it exclusively ironically
i personally think its hillarious and some people take it really seriously which is even more funny to me.
