full of SO MUCH FURY!! one of my coworkers is getting screwed over by the higher-ups, and i'm going out for blood!! she's in the same work time tier as me, but for whatever reason, they decided she doesn't get to have benefits. i've had benefits from jump, but i've been in the 25-30 tier from the start. she switched from 10-15 hrs/wk to 25-30 hrs (same tier as me), but they didn't give her anything like vacation, sick, or holiday pay or offer insurance, but i receive these. fairly certain that they have to offer insurance at 30 hours, so there's some leverage there for her. hopefully we can get something for her, tho she's pretty fine with this place and looking for jobs elsewhere
