but this time i'm not just making a mutual aid post, i'm making a vent post. the only rental assistance place in this area is a preachy Christian org who only offers to pay 100 out of the 500 we owe. i can't move back with my parents cos my sister currently lives there and hates me. i want my own place but i'm on the waiting list for public housing and am hundreds down the list. i feel stuck in fight or flight from the stress everyday and at this point i'm not sure what to do. i've always wanted to jump ship and move somewhere else, but lack of knowing people elsewhere and funds are a big road block.
SO if you can contribute, please do. again we're short 500. if not, please share or offer advice.
