I make content for tabletop RPGs. Roughly what I make these days falls under NSR I suppose, a kind of OSR-adjacent genre whose definition nobody can agree on. Some games I've made that people seem to like the most include:

  • Procedures to Discover the Path Ahead, a very solo-friendly worldbuilding and mapmaking game or tool
  • Murky Bog, a pamphlet adventure for Mork Borg featuring among other things a zombie mammoth
  • Overdue, a system-agnostic but kind of classic fantasy module (with no combat) about retrieving a lost library book.

At the moment I am finishing up the last approximately 10% of an adventure module for Cairn that I kickstarted. The hardest 10% I suppose. I am also trying to learn to draw. I've generally done my own maps and layouts, which I'm also basically teaching myself, but I'm a bit more confident with those.

I enjoy all sorts of games though: story games, lyric games, solo games (journaling and otherwise), even D&D 4E. These days I'm playing in a very long running campaign of Blades in the Dark.

Other ways to follow me

I also have a blog. I guess I will probably cross-post things here, or maybe post less polished thoughts that are longer form. My blog is a lot more permanent, and a lot more under my control, but for some terrible reason I wrote the whole thing from scratch, so it's a bit annoying to update. I really need to set up a markdwon to html converter for it that's configured the way I want. You can follow my blog using a RSS reader.

I also have a very sporadically updated mailing list that mostly summarizes the games I've made lately and the blog posts I've written, and other things I'm up to. Those updates are generally less than once a month.

You can also find me on itch.
